On Sunday I did a photo shoot with the female motor cycle group Hardyz Angelz on Wheelz (HALOW). The group’s president Janice Payne organized a Biker Bash in Norfolk to raise money for Breast Cancer research. Numerous motorcycle club local and out of state attended the event. Their colors are pink and lime green as you can see below.

This weekend I went down to Greenville, NC to attend the wedding of Iris and Floyd. I was not the official photographer but I did grab a few shots. I was surprised to see the official photographers using film cameras! Well the theory is that film has more dynamic range but please go here and select slideshow in the upper right hand corner! View at full screen and you can feel this wedding even though I am not the official photographer, I hope they captured something as dramatic as this!

Couples in love. Thats what was captured when I photographed Dytesha and Dorean, who will have a marriage celebration in a couple of weeks. The session was conducted @Buckroe Beach in Hampton which at the time had a live concert going on. During this shoot, I was looking for a relaxing sort of stroll on the beach. Can you feel the coolness of beach in these images?

08/08/08 is  a number that represents good luck and a new beginning. So I was in Suffolk, Va to document and capture the wedding celebration of Linda and Ronald Boone. The wedding and reception was held at Faith Temple Fellowship Center. I truely enjoyed this assignement and everyone was so down to earth. Congradulations Linda and Ronald on your Wedding Celebration!

My business partners Tommy and LaFrenchie Johnson were priveledged with meeting national gospel recording star Dorinda Clark-Cole. Of course on assignment I was there to capture the essence of the meeting. Dorinda Clark-Cole is an awsome live performer, I put together a little video to illustrate her live performance. On Saturday August 2, 2008 I was at the Virginia Beach Resort and Conference Center to document and capture the wedding celebration of Kelly and Kevin. Also I did Kelly and Kevin’s engagement session too. You can view some of the wedding photos here.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of “shooting” Stephanie and Mathew’s engagement session and wedding. This is a fun couple! When we first got together in the park, they were all giggles!

The wedding was at Mt Pleasant Mennonite Church in Chesapeake, Va. Everything went very well and it was a beautiful ceremony.

On the Thursday I was blessed with being able to conduct a photoshoot with Pastor Michael Green of New St. Mark COGIC. I met his wife with and Brother Louie. I enjoyed working with them and hope to  do some more in the future. They have an awsome ministry, they were singing during the shoot! The church is  located in dowtown Portsmouth, Virginia. Last night I went to a local event on a fact finding mission. (see what my competitors are doing) To say the least I was a little surprised at how saturated the business I am in have become. Visiting the website of some of my competitors, motivates me to do better and offer more, which means work harder. So I am up 2 in the morning to start my work day
